1. Server check

✓ The app folder is writable (to save .env)
✓ PHP packages are there (vendor/)
✓ The built pages are there (public/build/)

2. Setup code

Setup code — File Manager → klokads_pilot_app/storage/app/install-token.txt → copy the code inside. This proves you own the server.
